Stadiums are one-of-a-kind exclusives and are allocated on a first come, first served basis

Stadiums are a physical place for a Distributor to bring Prospects and Customers to as well as a place to go for training. Stadiums support online sales by providing re-assuring “bricks and mortar” locations to be used as a showroom, meeting room and training center.

HRI offers Stadiums worldwide by dividing a country’s population into “Areas”. “Areas” differ from country to country, depending on various factors including net disposable income. The idea is to provide similar income opportunities regardless of where your Stadium is located. There will be a maximum of one Stadium assigned per Area. HRI reserves the right at any time to limit some adjoining Areas from becoming Stadiums in order to protect existing Stadium Owners.

How It Works

Stadium Owners earn $50.00 on each fully paid Baseball Card from all of the personally-sponsored Distributors of any Distributor assigned to that Stadium. Earnings for the Stadium are paid monthly on “Check #9”.

Example: Baron is attached to the Las Pinas Stadium. Therefore, each Baseball Card generated anywhere in the world by anyone personally sponsored by Baron pays $50.00 per Minor League sale to the Las Pinas Stadium.

So let’s say Baron personally sponsors 10 people and they each complete 6 Boards (fully paid Baseball Cards) in a year. The Las Pinas Stadium would receive; 10 people x 6 completed Boards x $50 each = $3,000 per year, all because they have Baron attached to their Stadium. In addition, in Baron’s personally sponsored group there is also 1 Major League Sale every month; $250 x 12 = $3,000. This is a total of $6,000.

If there were 20 Distributors like Baron assigned to the Las Pinas Stadium, the Stadium Owner would receive $120,000 per year. Imagine if you had 100 or even 1,000 people attached to your Stadium!

Note that you, the Stadium Owner, are responsible for all expenses.

Your Home Stadium

Each Member Customer/Distributor (Wholesaler Purchaser) is attached to the Stadium closest to their physical home location at the time they join HRI. This is regardless of what Stadium the Sponsor of the new Wholesale Purchaser comes from. Your Home Stadium only matters to the Stadium Owner since they will receive a financial benefit, and it does not in any way affect your personal income.

This means when you are visiting any Stadium around the world and arriving with a prospect, the Stadium Owner and their team will be excited to help you because they have a vested interest in your prospect joining the HRI business opportunity. This would be because your guest becomes attached to the local Stadium, and it earns on Boards completed by your guest’s Direct Downline.

Stadium Owner

To become a Stadium Owner, you must pass an online test regarding HRI, the products and the Compensation Plan (HRI will provide training). The Stadium Owner must provide proof of their financial ability to secure a location that can accommodate 30 to 50 people for a presentation. The Distributor making the purchase becomes the Stadium Owner. Once purchased, no other Distributor can obtain that Stadium and or its benefits without purchasing it directly from the Stadium Owner. (Points generated from each Stadium = 8)

Purchasing a Stadium

The cost of each Stadium is $4,000. Stadiums are sized according to the economic level of a country, making their income potential similar in value regardless of where in the world your chosen Stadium is located. Stadium Owners are responsible for the following:

  1. Each Stadium must provide a location capable of holding 30 to 50 people. Each Stadium must hold a minimum of three meetings, plus one training session per week in their Area.

Meeting Saturday 1:30 pm

Training Saturday after Meeting

  1. Each Stadium must have at least one HRI-licensed Presenter.
  2. The meeting room must be prepared to HRI standards both before and immediately after each meeting, being ready to host the next meeting or event.
  3. Coffee and water are to be served at all meetings. Other refreshments or food items are optional.

Stadium Revenue

A Stadium earns on all personal Directs of a Distributor registered to a Stadium who are fully paid on a Baseball Card. The following are the revenues earned per Baseball Card per person:

In addition, a 20% Bonus is paid on all Stadium Commissions when a Stadium reaches 160 points in any given calendar month.

Example: 2 Major League Baseball Cards (20 points) and 20 Minor League Baseball Cards (20 points) per week (total of 4 weeks) = 160 points per month

Stadiums may or may not charge a nominal fee per person, per meeting, as well as a per person fee for super training events held periodically. Amounts may vary country by country! Regular Saturday trainings are to be included with the Saturday presentation entrance fee (if any).

Expenses such as rent, overhead and staffing incurred by the Stadium are the sole responsibility of the Stadium Owner.


If a Stadium can achieve 160 points in a calendar month, the Stadium will receive a 20% bonus on revenue generated that month:

Minor League Baseball Card is worth 1 point
Major League Baseball Card is worth 10 points

Free Position on a Major League Sales Team

In addition to the revenue generated monthly by their Stadium, the Stadium Owner gets a free position on a Major League Sales Team with the benefit of being able to earn $10,000 per Sale (Baseball Card) with a guaranteed protection period time of 200 hours to get two sales. Refer to the “Beat The Clock!” video for details.

Selling a Stadium

A Stadium Owner can choose to sell their Stadium at whatever price they negotiate with the buyer. Each transfer must be approved by HRI, which will charge an admin fee of $500. The buyer becomes the new Stadium Owner.

Stadium Promoter

An experienced Stadium Owner can act as a mentor to a new Stadium owner by helping establish the new Stadium and teaching the HRI Stadium protocol. The new Stadium Applicant picks their mentor before they are granted ownership.

A Stadium Promoter receives 20% override on the regular monthly revenue plus 20% override on any bonus earned by the Stadium, provided the Stadium Owner and Stadium Promoter adhere to HRI standards and requirements.

To become a Stadium Promoter:

  1. You must be a current Stadium Owner.
  2. A new Stadium must request an existing Stadium Owner to become their Promoter (before getting final approval to become a Stadium).
  3. you must be approved by HRI.
