Through previous experience, we know that offering extreme financial rewards will cause Distributors to create extra sales. Having said that and to ensure that any team member has success with as little as one sale even if on a team of inexperienced Distributors, HRI has created the Company Provided Distributor system.
Successful Distributors (those that have been fully paid on 3 sales), called All-Stars, are placed on the slowest Sales Teams to ensure “Your Board Never Stops Moving” (the name of our corresponding video)! We place our All-Stars on the oldest 10% of the Sales Teams and will, if needed, continue to place All-Stars until such time as the Sales Team is full and the Board splits into two new Sales Teams. Since all members move up a position when the Board splits, there will now be four new 1st Base members ready to create their two sales each; it’s a whole new team, it’s a whole new ball game!
How to Become an All-Star
A Distributor who has already created three sales (received 3 Baseball Cards) and has been fully paid on them (at Home Plate or the Hot Box) automatically becomes an “All-Star”, which is a Company Provided Distributor. An “All-Star” is given a free re-entry on one of the oldest Sales Teams as per the oldest Team Rules (below). Minor League and Major League sales are calculated separately. In other words, there are two types of “All-Stars”, one for each League.
A Distributor becomes an “All-Star” and is given a free Re-entry in each League on:
“Oldest Sales Teams”
When the first Distributor becomes qualified to be an “All-Star”, the computer will calculate the oldest 10% of all Sales Teams worldwide (calculated as of the date of the last split). For example, if there are 104 Sales Teams, then 10% (always rounded up) results in 11 “oldest Sales Teams”. From those 11 teams, any Sales Team that is still within 100 hours following the end of their Protection Period for the Minor League Board (200 hours for the Major League Board) will be eliminated from the group of oldest Sales Teams. HRI now sends an email to all the members of those remaining oldest Sales Teams, informing them their Sales Team is one of the “oldest Sales Teams” and therefore they will be receiving an “All-Star”. They are not informed of how many “oldest Sales Teams” there are nor what their team’s relative position is within the list of the “oldest Sales Teams”.
“All-Stars” will be distributed to the oldest team (which is first to receive an “All-Star”) to the newest team (which is last to receive an “All-Star”). No “All-Star” will be placed for at least 24 hours from time of notice.
“All Star” Free Position Placement
The “All-Star’s” free re-entry position is placed on the oldest Sales Team, in an available At Bat position. The next “All-Star” will be placed on the next oldest Sales Team, and so on. If a Sales Team has split after it has been selected as an “oldest Sales Team” and prior to an “All-Star” being placed on it, then the computer will skip that Sales Team as it is no longer one of the “oldest Sales Teams”.
The All-Star is placed at random on the Board. This is actually a dream placement for the successful Distributor. “All-Stars” placed on a slow or dead Board have a much better chance of getting an extra sale, thus qualifying to get on the Leader Board where they can earn an extra $50,000 or more.
With the All-Star joining the Board plus the 2 new people resulting from the extra bonus paid, means there are now at least three new people on the Sales Team, all of them eager to make sales. As soon as the Board splits, it is no longer one of the Oldest Boards
Oldest 10% Re-calculated
Once an “All-Star” has been placed on each of the Sales Teams identified as one of the oldest teams at the time the first “All-Star” became qualified, then when the next “All-Star” is qualified, the computer will re-calculate the oldest Sales Teams. For example, if there are now 132 Sales Teams, then there would be 14 oldest Sales Teams. The aforementioned process is repeated with these newly calculated “oldest Sales Teams.”
If a Board has previously received an “All-Star” and still has not split, it will again receive another “All-Star”.
Note: another sale or several other sales may have been made and yet the Board has still not split; again, the person who created the most recent sale receives the second Gray Baseball Card for that Board. This is actually a dream placement for the Sucessfull Distributor. "All-Stars" placed on a slow or Dead Board have a much better chance of getting an extra sale, thus qualifying to get on the Leader Board where they can earn an extra $50,000 or more.

While a second All-Star can be placed on an oldest Board and a second Gray card issued, only the first $500 bonus will be paid to the oldest sale, and there will only be a bonus for the next two sales.
Ace In The Hole (A Guarantee Factor)
With the HRI “Time Leverage System”, every sale you create as a member of the Sales Team will reward you with a Baseball Card, which in turn, earns you the following; a Minor League sale of $600 pays you $1,500 and a Major League sale of $4,000 pays you $10,000. However, in our previous system and all similar systems and for a variety reasons, members of the Sales Team sometimes may not create sales for lengthy periods of time. Therefore, a few Boards slow down, resulting in what some people may call a “Dead Board”.
If no one on the Sales Team is creating sales, there is an opportunity that someone else on the Sales Team can get rewarded for creating extra sales (they will be paid instead of the person who lost the sale) as well as potentially earn big bucks on the Leader Board. This is our first line of defense to ensure all Boards continue moving. For creating extra sales, HRI members can gain a position on the Leader Board, which pays ridiculous amounts of money.
